POOL HEATING
Pool is solar heated which means the solar heater adjusts the water temperature 5-10 degrees in the spring/fall -- this is not an actual heater where we have control of the settings to increase the water temperature. Not usable for the winter months, not needed for summer months
CAMERAS
Doorbell, side of home facing driveway/casita, backyard

PETS
Sorry, we do not allow pets.
DEPOSIT
$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays)
BBQ GRILL
We try to keep our BBQ/Fire Pit propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.
