The space
Stunning lake view home. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home has everything! The downstairs walkout basement has a large living space, pool table, movie-like room, bathroom, wet bar and bedroom that walk out to the the pool and spa. The main level boasts a beautifully remodeled kitchen, huge family room with fireplace, dining room, living room, bedroom, laundry and large rear balcony. The master bedroom is on the upper level with a private balcony and bath along with the 2 other bedrooms and guest bath. With side parking and a large boat deep driveway this home has room for everything.

Bedroom 2: 2 twin over full bund beds (Sleeps 7) - one has a trundle. Upstairs

MAX OCCUPANTS
Can sleep up to 18 guests. Any number of guests beyond the 16 on the reservation must be disclosed prior to arrival. There will be a $50/person per night extra fee for the additional guests.

Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage

Pool Heating:
$150/day to heat the pool (2-night minimum)
It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
Spa heating included in booking amount
CAMERAS
*In place for safety, security, and liability reasons. Will be fined if tampered with
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Must be 25 years old to book
No parties
No events
No smoking inside
Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music)
No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
Garage is not accessible
DEPOSIT
$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays)
BBQ GRILL
We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.
